Dragon and Tiger Qi Gong with Ean Kramer

This is the first of a seven-part Medical Qigong system called Dragon and Tiger Qigong. This is taught to cancer patients in hospitals in China. It’s great for improving Qi/Chi flow and circulation, relieving stress, creating greater ease and relaxation in the body, boosting the immune system and increasing energy levels.

Longevity Training with Ean Kramer

This is a Pilates-based strength, core, flexibility and mobility workout.

The workout starts Monday, March 30 at 6:30am Pacific Time and lasts for about an hour. Then, there will be a guided visualization (which is about 10 minutes long). You’ll finish by 7:45am.
